•  Age Restriction: Liquor is not served to guests below 21 years of age. Valid ID proof is required for age verification. Fake ID: In case a fake ID is shown, we will not be responsible or liable. A photo of the guest will be taken for our records.

•  Entry Rules: Entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Guests aged 18-20 must be accompanied by a guardian who is at least 21 years old. A cover charge applies for entry, with the amount varying based on the event or time of entry; please check our website or contact us for details on the current cover charge. In compliance with legal regulations, liquor will not be served to guests below 21 years under any circumstances.

•  Prohibited Substances:  The carrying and consumption of drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate ejection and possible legal action.

•  No Cameras Allowed:  To ensure the privacy and comfort of all our guests, cameras are not allowed inside the club. This includes professional cameras and 360-degree selfie cameras. Only mobile phones are permitted.

•  Service Charge and Taxes:  A 10% service charge along with applicable government taxes will be added to your bill.

•  DJ Floor Access:  Access to the DJ floor is strictly restricted to authorized personnel only.

​

•  Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Smoking in non-designated areas is prohibited.

​

•  Firearms:  Carrying firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited within the club premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion and legal consequences.

•  Chewing Tobacco or Gutka:  The chewing of tobacco or Gutka is strictly prohibited within the club premises.

​

•  Cover Charges: Cover charges are non-refundable.

​

•  No Discount Policy:  We maintain a strict no discount policy.

​

•  Brawls and Fights:  In case of brawls or fights, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave the premises. Legal action will also be taken as necessary

•  Right to Admission:  We reserve the right to admission and may deny entry at our discretion.

​

•  Dress Code:  Smart casuals or formals with shoes 

​

•  Liability:  The club shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs incurred at or as a result of the event or any part of it.

​

•  Property Damage: Any damage to the property of the nightclub/kitchen will be recovered from the concerned person.

​

•  Security Checks: Guests will be subjected to security checks and frisked for security purposes.

​

•  Photo ID Proof: Guests will have to carry valid photo ID proof for identification.

​

•  No Outside Food and Drinks: No outside eatables and drinks are allowed inside the club.

​

•  Photographs: The customer/guest unconditionally agrees that his/her photographs can be published in any publication, including electronic media by the club.

•  Parking: Parking near the premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. The club will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises.

​

•  Profanity: Profanity should not be directed at club staa and should not be spoken so as to be heard by other members.

​

•  Acceptance of Rules: Entry into the premises hereby binds the guests to accept the above rules and regulations.
