Terms & Conditions for Guest List  

1.  Eligibility: 

   • The guest list is open to individuals aged 21 and above. Valid ID is required for entry.

   • iluzn Club & Kitchen reserves the right to refuse entry if the guest does not meet the eligibility criteria or violates any of the venue’s policies.

2.  Guest List Access: 

   • Being on the guest list does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to venue capacity, dress code, and adherence to venue policies.

   • Guest list privileges may include priority entry, discounted cover charge, and other specified perks, as communicated by iluzn Club & Kitchen.

3.  Arrival Time: 

   • Guests on the list must arrive before 10PM to avail of guest list benefits. Late arrivals may forfeit guest list privileges.

4.  Dress Code: 

   • iluzn Club & Kitchen maintains a smart casual dress code. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on dress code violations.

5.  Conduct: 

   • Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour at all times. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to excessive intoxication, harassment, or vandalism, will result in immediate removal from the venue, with potential banning from future events.

6.  Reservations and Cancellations: 

   • iluzn Club & Kitchen may require a reservation to secure guest list entry for certain events. Failure to arrive on time may result in the reservation being cancelled and guest list privileges revoked.

7.  Event Changes: 

   • iluzn Club & Kitchen reserves the right to change or cancel events without prior notice. Guest list members will be notified of any significant changes where possible.

8.  Data Use: 

   • By joining the guest list, you agree to receive communications from iluzn Club & Kitchen regarding your reservation and upcoming events. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

9.  Non-Transferable: 

   • Guest list privileges are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. Each individual must sign up separately unless specified by iluzn Club & Kitchen.

10.  Management Discretion: 

    • Management reserves the right to modify or discontinue the guest list program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

11.  Liability: 

    • iluzn Club & Kitchen is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event. Guests attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

12.  Acceptance: 

    • By signing up for the guest list, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of guest list privileges and potential banning from future events.
